Hatch has no accounts. A hatchling, the pages you feed it, and the conversation live in this browser (IndexedDB). Closing the tab does not delete them. Clearing site data does.

Training stays in this browser. This site does not offer training on a server, and the pages you feed it are not uploaded.

The page does not set a tracking cookie. If the operator sets an analytics address at build time, the browser sends the path you opened. If they set an error address, it sends that path and the crash message, which can include a short quote of text that failed to parse. It does not upload the pages stored for a hatchling. Both addresses are off unless the operator sets them.

A downloaded .hatch file is yours. Hatch does not keep a copy.
